Henry Cavill has already shown that the new Superman is buffer than ever - with the help of some padding in his suit.
But as promotional pictures are released, there is one item of clothing that Superman's stylist seems to have forgotten.
While Cavill's suit is almost the spitting image of Christopher Reeve's 1978 model, the modern-day hero has gone commando.

His pair of red underwear was nowhere in sight onset, indicating that Superman may have stopped slipping them over his tights for good.
However another picture, which showed the pants back in full force, was also released, suggesting that perhaps producers are yet to decide on Superman's wardrobe.
And it looks like the underwear-free superhero could go down well with fans. One fansite called for the loss of the red briefs last year, writing: 'Please for the next Superman film... no red undies over his pants.'
However another fan posted on a website that they preferred the traditional red underwear: 'I'm sorry, but Superman without the underwear isn't Superman.'

While Superman is present in the scenes, the flames and carnage suggest he arrived too late to save the day.
But, credit where it's due, Cavill won't be relying solely on padding and has revealed he is consuming a whopping 5,000 calories a day to gain weight for the role.
The 28-year-old said: 'You’ve got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs. You’ve got to keep your hunger levels going.
'I’m training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman.'
